directory. It can be used in producing the nuclear or biological weapons or drug
production. Its import and export was under strict control by the Ministry of Commerce

• Purpose:

In order to maintain the national security and the social public interest,
To perform the obligations in the international treaties that we concluded
or acceded to.

• Legal basis：

Ⅰ,The foreign trade law of PRC

Ⅱ, The chemicals and related equipment and technologies export control measures

Ⅲ, Dual-use items and technology import and export license management measures

Ⅳ, Sensitive items and technologies export business registration management approach of PRC

• Application condition:

Ⅰ, sodium sulphide and related equipment and technologies must have “sensitive items

and technologies export business qualifications”

Ⅱ, The end user of sodium sulphide must guarantee, chemicals and related equipment and

technologies is not used for chemical weapons purposes.

Ⅲ,The end user of sodium sulfide must guarantee， Unless get the permission of the government

from China,  Do not provide sodium sulfide and related equipment and technologies outside the

end use that has declared

Ⅳ, The end user must guarantee， Unless get the permission of the government from China

the sodium sulphide and related equipment and technologies mustn’t be transfer to any third party

• Application materials:

Ⅰ, Sensitive items and technologies export license application form

Ⅱ, The legal representative of the applicant, the main business manager and agent proof of identity

Ⅲ, A copy of the contract, agreement or other proof document

Ⅳ, The technical instructions of chemicals and related equipment and technologies

Ⅴ, The end user proof and end use proof (including the Chinese translation)

Ⅵ, Provide guarantee In accordance with the above “application conditions” the second to the provisions

of article  of the documents

Ⅶ, The end user instructions (including the Chinese translation)

Ⅷ, submission the other documents under the requirements of The Mofcom

• Licensing procedures:

Ⅰ, The export company submit electronic application form through the “dual-use items and technology

import and export control government affairs platform”, declare the written material after being verified

by provincial commercial departments

Ⅱ, The competent department of commerce at the provincial level check the written materials submitted by

the company, after verification qualified to The Mofcom

Ⅲ, The Mofcom Approve the written materials after received the permission application then

transfer data to provincial commercial departments. dual-use items and technology import and export
